Create Sales orders
Create Sales Orders has been updated to improve sales order management and provide better control over customer records, order details, quantities, prices, taxes, discounts, and related sales information, while making it easier to track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
Find Sales orders
Add New Sales orders
Click Add New Sales Order to create a new Sales Order for a customer and enter the required order details.
Creating Sales Order
- Select Customer ID from the dropdown list to choose the customer you want to create the Sales Order for.
- Select CUR to choose the transaction currency, such as USD, EUR, or SAR.
- Enter XR (Exchange Rate) if the selected currency is different from the company’s main currency.
- Select the Invoice Date to choose the invoice date and time using the calendar option.
- Make sure all required fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are completed.
- Click Create Sales Order to save the order and continue to the next step.
Next Step :
This is a confirmation message from the system.
It asks if you want to create a new Sales Order.
Click Yes to continue.
Click No to cancel.
Sales order
- Check Order Details to review the customer name, order number, and invoice type.
- Check Financials to review currency, exchange rate, discount, tax, and total amount.
- Check Administration & Sales to review salesman, branch, bank, and created by details.
- Check Logistics & Notes to review shipping terms and any notes.
- Check Approved to see if the order is approved or still pending.
- Click Print if you want to print or save a copy of the Sales Order.
- Update any required information if changes are needed.
- Click Update Sales Order to save all changes.
Goods
- Click Part Code / Part Number to choose the item you want to sell. You can select from the list or use the search icon to find the item.
- Check Available QTY to see how many pieces are currently in stock.
- Enter QTY to type the quantity the customer wants to buy.
- Enter Unit Price to set the price for one item.
- Enter Discount if you want to give a discount for that item.
- The system will automatically calculate:
- Net Amount: Price after discount
- Tax: Tax amount for the item
- Gross Amount: Final total for that row
- Grand Total: Total amount for all items
- Click + Add Rows if you want to add more items.
- Click Save to save the entered items.
- Click Delete if you want to remove an item row.

Step
1: Set Your Filters

Step 1: Review and Edit

Step 2: Use Action Buttons

Final Goods
- Review the selected product information such as Part Number, description, and location. Make sure all details are correct before proceeding.
- Verify the price, quantity, and any applied discount to ensure they match the required values.
- Confirm the Quantity entered is correct and available in stock.
- Perform a final check by reviewing the total price and tax calculations, and make sure all selected items and values are accurate before continuing.
Services
Select the Item by clicking on Part Code / Part Number to choose the item. You can select it directly from the list.
Check Stock by viewing the Available QTY to see how many items are currently in stock.
The system will calculate automatically:
- Net Amount: Price after discount
- Tax: Tax amount for the item
- Gross Amount: Final total for the row
- Grand Total: Total for all items
Manage Rows
- Click + Add Rows to add more items
- Click Delete to remove an item row
- Click Save to store all entered items
Search Sales Orders
- Enter SO ID, QO ID, Part Number, date, or branch depending on what information you have to start your search.
- Enter SO ID if you know the sales order number.
- Enter QO ID if you are searching from a quotation.
- Enter Part Number to find orders that contain a specific item.
- Choose Branch to filter results by a specific location.
- Select Approved Status to show only approved or not approved orders.
- Set Has Job Cards if you want to filter orders that are linked to job cards.
- Select Order By to define how the results will be sorted (for example by date or ID).
- Select Order Direction to choose the sorting order (newest first or oldest first).
- Choose Date Field to select which date type you want to search by (created date or updated date).
- Enter Date Condition to define the filter type (equal, between, before, after).
- Enter Date & Time From and Date & Time To to search within a specific time range.
- Enter Limit to define how many results you want to display.
- Click Search to display the results.
Search results
- Click SO ID to open or move to the sales order details.
- Export means taking the data you see on the screen and saving it into an external file (usually an Excel or PDF file or Copy ).
